As an abstract artist, Anne Sanger knows that fashion illustration is considered an altogether different métier. But fashion was her first love, and she feels strongly that fashion is indeed an art. And fashion illustration is a very specialized art form within that. Adding elements of abstraction to her long-held fashion illustration practice has offered a new pathway for exploration.
